Dodie Frye - Due Process Assistant
Mrs. Frye began working for the District in 1995 as a substitute in a variety of settings and in 2001 became the Special Education Due Process Administrative Assistant. Mrs Frye went to Hinckley Schools for most of her educational adventures until the wind blew her family to a town near New Orleans, Louisiana where she graduated high school. Returning to Hinckley to marry her childhood sweetheart, she and Jim have made their home in Cloverdale ever since. Family comes first in life and Mrs. Frye's favorite thing to do is spend time with their 3 grown children and their families. Being a grandparent is a priority, but she can often be found baking, gardening, cruising the roads on the Harley and fishing or camping.

Shawnda Jibben
I am a Special Education Teacher at Hinckley Finlayson High School where I work with the Level 3 Setting students with a focus on behavior support and teach courses in Applied Studies - Social Skills. My home is in Finlayson, MN where a cat named "Baby" adopted me about 3 years ago. At home, I enjoy gardening/landscaping, canning, cooking, sewing, reading, and spending time with my family and friends. In my time off, I enjoy traveling and adventures: rock hunting, swimming, hiking, camping, fishing, kayaking, biking, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing. I am from Southwest Minnesota where I grew up on a prairie farm 11 miles from town on the South Dakota border. As a non-traditional student at Southwest Minnesota State University, in Marshall, MN I earned Bachelor's Degrees in Sociology and History with MN Teaching Licensure in 5-12 Social Studies - all content areas. Then returned to college at the Master's degree level to obtain a MN Teaching License in K-12 Learning Disabilities. My goals for the future are to complete the MN Teaching Licensure for Austism Spectrum Disorders.
