Superintendent Search
The School Board of Hinckley-Finlayson ISD #2165 has officially launched a formal search for its next superintendent. To ensure a thorough and successful recruitment process, the School Board has partnered with the Minnesota School Boards Association (MSBA).
The MSBA search team will professionally manage all logistical details and provide expert guidance to the Board throughout the entire selection process. This partnership allows the School Board to focus on their most critical responsibility: evaluating and interviewing the most qualified candidates to lead our district forward.
